This pendant was made in the style of Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, and Tiffany designs that influenced the Hollywood Regency style, making the viewer think of the likes of Ava Gardner and Katharine Hepburn.
The single amethyst stone to this pendant measures an impressive 18.73 carats. The amethyst displays rich purple hue and a semi-translucent quality that allows light to filter through its body and illuminate its color. A pear faceted cut provides brilliant sparkle to the piece when it catches the light. The History
